WHAT'S A BIA?

A BIA (Business Improvement Area) is an association of merchants who form a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote commercial development and awareness in their area. With the goal of helping membesr prosper, the Society defends their interests and does everything in its power to meet their needs.

Our mission: to be a key player in the vitality and sustainable prosperity of the neighborhood

What we are working on right now

After Mile End in 2018 , then Verdun in 2019 and 2020 , it is the turn of the Villeray burrough to work out a place for itself in the annual ranking of the coolest districts in the world according to Time Out.
